Full-timePrague + travel

You install POS systems at customer sites and support them after go-live.

What you do

  • Install tills, printers and payment terminals
  • Set up menus, EET and networks
  • Train the customer's staff
  • Remote and on-site support

What you bring

  • Technical mindset, basic networking and Windows/Android
  • Czech; Chinese or English is a plus
  • Driving licence (B)
  • Reliable and friendly

Sales representative

You win new restaurants and shops for our POS solutions.

What you do

  • Find and approach new customers
  • Present and demo the system
  • Prepare offers and close contracts
  • Look after existing customers

What you bring

  • Sales experience, ideally hospitality or IT
  • Fluent Czech, English is a plus
  • Independent and results-driven

You are the first contact for our customers by phone, chat and remote session.

  • Phone and chat support
  • Answer questions about POS and EET
  • Remote help with settings
  • Pass technical requests to the team

You shoot and edit videos about our products and run our social channels.

What you do

  • Shoot and edit short videos
  • Run TikTok, Xiaohongshu and WeChat Channels
  • Plan content and track results
  • Photos and videos from customer installations

What you bring

  • Experience shooting and editing video
  • Hands-on TikTok, Xiaohongshu or WeChat Channels experience
  • Chinese; Czech or English is a plus
  • Creative, with a feel for trends
